Today I visited Gravelly Point which is near Washington, DC. What’s so special about this place, you might ask? There are some picnic tables there, and it is next to the Potomac River.
But the coolest thing about it is that you can watch the airplanes take off from the nearby Washington Reagan airport! Look! The airplane is so close! (Bring earplugs because the airplanes are beary loud).
It was a great day for airplane watching.
